Thanks for visiting The Samick page. 

For those of you who have seen me perform, basically, I use two guitars; my D.S. music custom Eric Clapton Stratocaster with flip-flop paint job, custom Abalone pick guard and head stock, and a custom Sheats thin line Telecaster, built by the late Pete Sheats.  Being a teacher at Middletown Music I see a vast number of guitars and I was very impressed with The Greg Bennett Samick acoustic and I purchased several of the guitars.  After a year or so, with the help of Middletown Music owners Jay and Denise Heath and Samick A&R rep Tony Delarosa, I secured an artist endorsement and added the Samick Avion 6 guitar to my working arsenal of guitars.  I’ve taken the liberty of showing many of Samick’s guitars that are available at Middletown Music.  I chose the Avion 6 after playing this fine instrument in many musical scenarios, mainly during gigs with The Big Package Band.  It also serves me well in my Blues variety group The Jaded Angels. 

I’ve owned many guitars over the years, and I perform well over 200 shows, clubs and sessions each year and I plan on using the Samick Avion 6 electric guitar, as well as my Samick acoustic guitars for these gigs.  As a working musician, I can’t say enough about Samick’s commitment to building quality instruments.  Please do me (and yourself) a favor and check out these fine instruments at Middletown Music.
